I guess I would call this color eggplant. There are tiny veins of a deeper color running though it, almost in a pattern of cracked glass. One of the things that can happen in firing and you don't know why! Rich and deeply colored. Can be worn as a pin or clip it on the rope to wear as a necklace.

Chocolate brown squares make up this set. The fired gold edges add a rich finish to the set. Porcelain is very light to wear even though it has a heavy look to it. Most people are amazed when they pick it up. As with most of my pendants there is a pin in the back so it can be worn as a broach.

I would have to say that the rich tones in this set are the color of eggplant. The rich purple shades touche dwith gold. The gold colored wire wrapped around each piece of the set adds a texture as well as a different look. The earrings are about one inch long, so they are quite showy.

This is a unique set with its stacks of triangle pieces. It is made with black porcelain and edged in gold luster. A set like this goes though 4 firings.
